At Campeon Sports, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring the full satisfaction of our customers. We proudly offer reliable shipping services to ensure that your orders reach you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please consider any public holidays that might impact delivery times. We also offer same-day dispatch for certain products.

1. SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped within 4-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your shipment may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery based on your location.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct.
If you realize that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@campeonsports.com. We will do our best to correct the address if the order has not yet been shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee. The fee will be determined based on the returned item(s).

4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Campeon Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier and report it to local authorities.

5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
We allow returns for items within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

6. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock, Campeon Sports will wait for all items in your order to be back in stock before dispatching. In case of extended delays, we will notify you via email.

7. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
For international orders, import duties and taxes may be applicable depending on your country's regulations. At Campeon Sports, we offer pre-paid options, which means taxes and import duties are included in the price of the order for a hassle-free experience.
